As we work with international manufacturing and fulfilment partners, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. This policy allows us to keep our collections curated and our prices fair for all customers.

Store Credit

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at riverandreefclothing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a store credit that can be used toward a future purchase at Ryver & Reef Clothing.

Please Note

  • We do not provide monetary refunds.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guides before purchasing.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
